Instruction for Registration

Here are the instructions you need to follow. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth process.

  • The Prime Referee and Adequate Guarantor must be in the same city as the applicant
  • ONLY THE LAST E DIGITS of your BVN will be required to complete the process
  • You will be provided with a letter addressed to your back to confirm you BVN via an email
  • After submitting your application, please allow up to 5 working days for the Approved ID to be sent to your email.
  • The Approved ID will not be valid until the vetting process is fully completed.
  • The vetting process may take between 2 weeks and 2 months to complete.
  • Once approved, you must update the information provided during the application every year for re-approval to maintain the validity of your ID.
  • Your application must be completed within 2 weeks from the date of your first login.
  • Additional charges may apply for any alterations made after submission, so please ensure all information is accurate before finalising your application.
  • The Approved ID is unique to you; a new ID will not be issued.
  • The application fee is non-refundable.
  • The Approved ID will be verified by an authorised sponsor.
  • The Approved ID will be withdrawn after one year if NOT renewed .
